Who We Are
We are a collective of real estate development experts with decades of combined domestic and International experience in Custom Homes with unique branded Architecture. Our mission is to craft homes that offer dynamic experiences, providing a tropical sanctuary in the heart of downtown Boca Raton. We strive to design vibrant, open, interactive spaces that maximize natural light, ventilation and social interaction. Our founder, Claudia Phillips, is a graduate of the University of Florida. Her background in architecture and home design is quite impressive and includes extensive work and consulting experience with some of the country's largest companies like Burger King, Starbucks, and more. Claudia especializes in Branding upscale, cutting edge, innovative designs.

Our design philosophy focuses on creating open, dynamic spaces that maximize natural light and ventilation. Our homes are designed with a central open area that seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor spaces, fostering social interaction and harmony. Our Modern European Elegance style is a blend of wild beauty and refined elegance. East Boca Raton architecture was heavily influenced by “society architect” Addison Mizner who designed Worth Avenue, Mizner Park, The Boca Raton Resort and Spanish Village which he envisioned “as dream city of the western World” a place with the beauties of an ancient European Italian or Spanish Village.
Our Architecture Company
REP BUILDERS partners with award winning Factoria & Designersxxi Architecture Company. Designersxxi expertise is on creating unique branded design concepts for Fortune 500 companies such as Starbucks coffee company, Burger King and Payless. Factoria’s Founder Susana Herrera is a University of Florida graduate with more than 20 years experience of sustainable, cutting edge, High Design, wordly Architecture.
